You're behind a corner with a way round on each side, and an enemy is holding on one of them. Jiggle left and right to find it, get back in cover and put your crosshair where its head will be, then peek that side, stop and tap. Only headshots count, and shots on the move go wide, so counter-strafe before you shoot. The next enemy shows up once you're back behind the wall.

Hold your crosshair still. After a random wait a target pops up a few degrees away, like an enemy peeking your angle. Tap it before it's gone. The faster you hit it the more it's worth, and shooting at nothing counts as a miss, so don't guess.
